I strongly encourage everyone interested in Class Dojo, or is currently using Class Dojo, to join the Facebook community. The Class Dojo staff is very active in this community and are quick to answer questions or lend support. If you happen to be the Class Dojo mentor for your school, there is also a Class Dojo Mentor community. Just like with the Teacher group, the Class Dojo staff are very active in the Mentor Group

Some important people in the Class Dojo community that I have found to be very helpful are Caitlin Warren and Manoj Lamba. You will find them in the Facebook groups.

Parents love Class Dojo. One parent said to me, “I like that it feels like I am in the classroom with my child.” Another parent told me, “I really like being able to message you throughout the day.” Another parent, who shared custody of his daughter said, “It means a lot to me to see how ***** is doing during the week.” These statements were gathered from the End of the Year Parent survey

In the section about Student Portfolios, I will go into more detail about how Class Dojo connects parents to your classroom.
