Need a way for students to share what they have learned about a topic? How about a great way to answer the ever present &#8220;Teacher, teacher! I&#8217;m done! What do I do next?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One answer: Class Dojo Student Portfolios! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This feature is a GAME CHANGER. Class Dojo evolved SO much with this exciting addition to the program. Let&#8217;s take a closer look at what you can do with Class Dojo&#8217;s Student Portfolio feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Creating an Assignment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/thelearningladybug.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ClassDojo-Creating-an-Assignment.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create an assignment you will need to go to Portfolios then click on the +<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have a choice of the type of assignment you want to make. In this example I chose text. You can also choose photo, video, or drawing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Completing an Assignment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/thelearningladybug.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ClassDojo-Completing-an-Assignment.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From the student interface, assignments will be posted on top and labeled &#8220;To Do.&#8221; Students then open the assignment, complete it, and click &#8220;Turn In.&#8221; <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/thelearningladybug.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ClassDojo-Approving-a-Student-Portfolio-Assignment.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a student submits their work, it is not posted on their portfolio <em>quite<\/em> yet! Your next goal is to approve or disapprove the work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Approving an Assignment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/thelearningladybug.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ClassDojo-Sending-a-Portfolio-Assignment-Back.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But what happens if a student completes the assignment incorrectly? Luckily, Class Dojo thought of this!
